PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
INNOTECH Product Return Policy
Have an Innotech product you need to return? Our Customer Service Associates work diligently to help you select the correct product for your project, but sometimes project needs change. We will accept returns under the following conditions:
- Request for returns must be made prior to 60 days from date of order.
- Innotech can ONLY accept returned material that has not been opened and is in good, resaleable condition.
- Material will not be accepted for return if:
- The product is over nine months old.
- The product has customer markings or pricing on the packaging.
- The product is a non-standard (color chart) color.
- A 25% restocking charge will apply to all returned material.
- Due to cost of repackaging, a 40% restocking charge will apply to all returns of standard Innotech Integral Color - EX products.
- All returns must arrive freight prepaid by customer or material will not be accepted.
- All returns must receive prior-authorization (at least 60 days prior to order date).
- Custom colors cannot be returned, no exceptions.
